Nineteen CIA members attended a World Affairs Council luncheon featuring Dr. Condoleezza Rice. Those attending were: Erica Hochmeister, Megan Scheffe, Ashleigh Polotko, Taylor Caldwell, Catherine McCall, Bronte Zbranek, Chris Harvey, Tara Dalton, Bailey Connor, Katie Schaible, Luke Anderson, Natalie Benner, Nick Maxwell, Kaitlyn Carroll, Madison Connery, Daniel Adams, Nathan Hinds, Samantha Ripoll, and Billy Furay. Billy Furay represented TWHS CIA at Conversations with History, where he was selected to present Dr. Rice with a commemorative notebook from area high school students.
Bronte Zbranek and Kristoffer Bindeman attended an evening with Nicholas Kristof at Rice University. They each received an autographed copy of his new book, Half the Sky. |
